Blows my mind that the people closest to us don’t see or know even if we talk about it and literally bleed and cry for help, but people are out there across the world that do and can put it into words and make the most relatable and understanding songs out of it. Legit feels like the people in my life don’t get it one bit even though they say they do but everyone tells you they get it then turn around and judge you for the things they don’t see you doing enough of cause they just see you stuck and helpless doing the same shit over when you’re constantly searching for new ways to deal and cope and get yourself unstuck. Most people would assume "your famous you should be happy" most people dont understand the struggle. The constant questioning. The need to feel a basic human emotion of feeling need/wanted. We know our family loves us. We know that. I know exactly how you feel, ptsd and a recovering alcoholic addict Single mother of 3. Their dad left 4 years ago due to his sudden and severe meth addiction. I'm grateful he's gone because it was toxic for 10 years and I didn't see it for what it was until I was out and finally got sober and clean. I almost died a few times and struggle with my own trauma and recovery hasn't been easy on top of that I have 3 kids who I am now mother and father to who struggle at times with their own issues from it all. I am now almost 4 years sober and 1 year clean. Its not easy being a single mother especially with added complexities on top of it. I understand what you're going through, I know the loneliness you feel. I am so proud of you and I am sending my love your way.
