How frustrating when a manufacturer gives contradictory application instructions. I have the Sikagard 703 W 5 litre bottle here (Spanish and Portuguese market) and the label instructions clearly say to apply from TOP down (exact text: "Aplicar el producto en una capa de arriba abajo"). Yet this video (1:52) indicates to apply always from BOTTOM up.
