Does it work with CSA cement, like Rapid Set®. Cement All®.?

Yes.. But better to apply on the surface to be plastered with that rapid set mortar instead of mixing into the mixture itself... Use 1 part Portland cement with 1 or 1.5 part of sika bonding agent...pre-wet the surface lightly and wait just abit and brush the mixture on vigorously then wait abit until it's tacky and throw on your mortar or rapid set in ur c ase... It not going anywhere 🤣 remember not to let it dry out as that will create a barrier between surface and your mortar if it does dry out re apply again

latex admixes usually have a plasticising effect, so for equal water water, the latex modified mix will be more fluid. they can also assist in curing by retaining moisture more effectively.
