We are configuring NAT only at Router 1 side not router 2.if user want to communicate to router1 side from 2 means again do we need to configure at router 2 or its not required.

Yes, but here he is configuring those devices as servers...not as hosts

no, it is not required, what u need to do is ping the public IP 50.1.1.x from 200.0.0.x. and u can see the nat translation in R1 via "show ip nat translation"
