QUESTIONS BELLOW: 0:00 - I work night shifts, how can I still keep to my routine and do Amritvela? 8:48 - If gurbani is all ardaas, then why do we do a formal ardaas? 16:51 - My family go to pandits regularly, how can I make them understand that it is against Sikhi? 27:52 - If all intoxicants are banned in Sikhi, then why to some Nihangs take cannabis? 34:05 - What are penchcan? and should Sikhs believe in them/ use them? 40:23 - Our family is telling us that if we send our children to Sikh schools, they won't be fully integrated into society. Is this true? 54:06 - As Amritdhari's we don't go to party halls after family weddings but our family gets angry with us and tells us that other Amritdharis go to parties, why don't you?. What can we do? 1:02:52 - Why do we tell everyone to do panj (5) baniya nitnem? Where in gurbani does it say to do this? 1:10:50 - We are in the modern age, why don't we modernise the maryada? 1:19:02 - Can we do our amritvela/ nitnem at 12:15am? .

Dear sister g... U can't take laser hair removal treatment... because hair is the precious gift of our Guru sahib.... If u have moustaches ..it is a medical condition..and can be due to some hormonal condition..PCOD etc... So u may concern a doctor ... Waheguru g ka Khalsa waheguru g ki Fateh 😇🙏
