Being a Sikh I loved how beautifully you explained about Sikhs. Just a few corrections regarding 5th Guru Arjan Dev ji. He never called himself sache pathshah(Sikhs call the almighty sache patshah) and we still save 1/10th of our income for donation to needy people(it never was and never is compulsory) and is called Dasvandh. Still you explained way better than other so called tutors available on internet !

First of all, Guru Arjun Dev Ji was arrested by Jahangir and was forced to accept Islam and delete the texts (Gurbani) compiled in Guru Granth Sahib to which guru accorded his complete denial. Against this denial he was tortured by making him sit on hot iron plate and pouring hot sand on his face. This way the guru achieved martyrdom preaching many disciples to accept martyrdom instead of accepting any tyrant’s atrocities. Guru was silent and was remembering the true lord while he was tortured. Seeing this, many people were filled with courage and this made the Indians ready to fight against the tyrant mughal force. Secondly, 1/10th which was called ‘Dasvant’ was never a complusion, rather it was an idea given so that the money of those people to be put in use to run Langar sewa and gurudwaras at that time.

Few other wrong/misleading facts given in the video: 1. Langar was introduced by Guru Nanak, later continued by all other Gurus. Sir said it was started by Guru Angad. 2. Banda Singh Bahadur was from Jammu and not from Maharashtra. And, he was born in a Rajput family, not Brahmin. 3. The dispute with Guru Arjan Dev was started by jahangir where Jahangir was provoked by one of his courtman against the Guru by claiming that "Guru was teaching anti-Islamic lessons". So, Jahangir asked Guru to remove those lines from the Sikh texts, to which Guru refused. 4. Dasvandh was not a compulsory tax. It was a volutary donation that was actually started to complete the construction of the holy pool in Darbar Sahib. 5. Lastly, Sir said "People consider Khalistan as the land where only Sardars will live". However, it is factually incorrect and is not a popular opinion among the Sikh leadership. No Khalistan preacher in the past or the present has given that type of interpretation of Khalistan. As per Khalistan's supporters Khalsa Raj (Rule of Khalsa ideology) is the the utmost priority where each member of any community (Sikhs, Hindu, Muslims etc.) enjoy equal rights, most of which has been mentioned in Anandpur Sahib Resolution. 6. Do not compare Aditya Yogi Nath (who talks about genocide of minorities openly) with the status of holy saints.

Thanks sir, I appreciate your approach to explain sikh history. But there are corrections to be made…… 1 . 5th Guru Arjun Dev ji was never hanged. He was martyred after making him sit on hot tawa and pouring hot sand on his head. 2. He never called himself sache patshah. This was used to address Almighty Waheguru. 3. 1/10th part of income was tax which was paid to Jehangir was diverted to Guru ghar . In Sikhism no one is forced to pay donations. However Daswand is suggested entirely it depends upon if you wish. Regarding 9th guru he was also not hanged. He was martyred after many tortures separating his head from his body. Which was the condition kept by Aurangzeb. Now Guru Gobind Singh ji was not attacked by his disciple. Baba Banda Singh Bahadur was from Jammu .

@@Bulla47 the whole logic about formation of Sikhism to protect India is wrong. The first five Gurus never said anything about war, it was a rebellion against ills of a society (not sure if we can call it Hindu society or not) that divided people on caste, gender, eating habits, multiple Gods etc. All Sakhis of Guru Nanak are full of such stories preaching that there is only one God (call it Ram or Rahim), caste system is stupid, Women have equal rights, There are no pious days, times or places, Veg and Non Veg is non issue etc. Yes Sikhs became militarily aligned, but it was somewhat at the time of 6th Guru and predominantly at the time of 10th Guru. Military protection of India was not the reason for coming up of Sikhism. Also assuming that you wanted to say Guru Arjun Dev instead of Guru Angad Dev.

Few wrong/misleading facts given in the video: 1. Langar was introduced by Guru Nanak, later continued by all other Gurus. Sir said it was started by Guru Angad. 2. Banda Singh Bahadur was from Jammu and not from Maharashtra. And, he was born in a Rajput family, not Brahmin. 3. The dispute with Guru Arjan Dev was started by Jahangir where Jahangir was provoked by one of his advisors against the Guru by claiming that "Guru was teaching anti-Islamic lessons ". So, Jahangir asked Guru to remove a couple of lines from the Sikh texts, to which Guru refused for obvious reasons. 4. Dasvandh was not a compulsory tax. It was a volutary donation that was actually started to complete the construction of the holy pool in Darbar Sahib. 5. Lastly, Sir said "People consider Khalistan as the land where only Sardars will live". However, it is factually incorrect and is not a popular opinion among the Sikh leadership. No Khalistan preacher in the past or the present has given that type of interpretation of Khalistan. As per Khalistan's supporters the Khalsa Raj (Rule of Khalsa ideology) is the the utmost priority where each member of any community (Sikhs, Hindu, Muslims etc.) enjoy equal rights, most of which has been mentioned in Anandpur Sahib Resolution. 6. Do not compare Aditya Yogi Nath (who talks about genocide of minorities openly) with the status of holy saints. Lol

Some corrections: -Guru Arjan Dev ji (5th Guru) advised his people to take out one tenth of their income for social causes not for himself . -He was martyred by mughals by torture not phansi ( hanging). -Guru Teg Bahadur ji ( 9th Guru) was beheaded by mughals (martyred) not Phansi. -Guru Gobind Singh ( 10th Guru) was killed by mughals not his follower.

Both 5th & 9th Guru were Martyred and hanged, but tortured by seating on hot iron and pouring hot sand from the top of the head, later executed by beheaded, where currently stands Chandni Chowk gurdwara. It was a supreme sacrifice by giving his life to protect the faith and honour of the persecuted and the downtrodden, people of other faiths and religious groups. In 10th Guru ji's, case there were joint enterprises to assassinate Guru ji, but Guru Ji at the scene terminated one of the assassins and was captured then set free. Guru Ji did sustain a deep wound and was treated by a doctor and wound stitched. However, shortly afterwards during a function someone presented a unique and fine bow 🏹 arrows. Everyone was wonder stuck with the fine craftsmanship and was allowed to try loose/shot an arrow. Everyone in attendance the function failed even good Sikh disciple archer, upon watching🧐the event unfold. Guru Ji, steps up as Guru held high esteem for all types of weapons to an extent bestowed upon the weapons the title of Guru. Guru Ji, lifted the bow 🏹 and arrow, plus in a glimpse of an eye, loose/hail/shot an arrow hitting🎯 the target. On the other hand, the sheer force/strength, required to pull the 🏹 bow string, resulted the stitches to break open and became potentially life threatening. After Birth & Death is ultimately TRUTH. TRUTH(whosoever utters/speaks Truth, steadfast to EMBRACE Death/Isolation) & COURAGE (1st Except death, give up any hope of life) both (Truth & Courage in this instance as well Birth & Death) represent double edged sword and to uphold principles of TRUTH has to operate in parallel: - Whosoever frightens none, nor Accept FEAR from ANY quarter, is a WISE person, and is a testimony/evidence of being enlightened, plus imbued with Creators' TRAITS.--- Teacher/guru Teg Bahadur ji. Guru Ji, knew his time had approached to bid farewell (Guru Ji, setup his own funeral pyre, with a screen covering it then entered the screen riding his beloved blue horse and depart for heavenly abode) the world 🌎🌍 he then ordained/confer, and bestowed the Living Guru title upon Sri Guru Granth Sahib as permanent Teacher/Mentor/Guru of the Sikh community. He said, "If anyone wishes to engage/company/session, with Guru Ji, then after absolution of the whole body, take part in the congregation listen or read the Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji, by doing so, you'll receive the grace of all the 10 Gurus, as well as those who Bani is complied in SGGS ji". 🙏Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Vaheguru Ji Ki Fathay🙏

ਖਾਲਸਾ ਯਾ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਫੌਜ ਕਿਸੇ ਇੱਕ ਧਰਮ ਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਆਹਾ ਸਮੁੱਚੀ ਮਾਨਵਤਾ ਜਾ ਇਨਸਾਨੀਅਤ ਦਾ ਹੈ..ਖਾਲਸਾ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਸਰਬੱਤ ਦਾ ਭਲਾ ਮੰਗਣ ਤੇ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ..ਖਾਲਸੇ ਦੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਪਿਤਾ ਜੀ ਨੈ ਐਸ ਦੇਸ਼ ਲਈ ਅਪਣਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਤੇ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾ ਪੁੱਤ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਕਰਾਕੇ ਵੀ ਅੱਖੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਹੰਜੂ ਤੱਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਹਾਇਆ ਤੇ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਭਾਣੇ ਚ ਰਹਿਕੇ ਸਰਬੱਤ ਦਾ ਭਲਾ ਮੰਗਦੇ ਤੇ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹੇ..ਤੇ ਐਸ ਦੇਸ਼ ਤੇ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਕ ਏਹਦਾਂ ਦੀ ਫ਼ੌਜ ਬਕਸ਼ਕੇ ਗਏ ਜੋਕੀ ਕਲਯੁਗ ਤੇ ਵੀ ਭਾਰੀ ਐ ਤੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਬਚਨ ਨੇ ਕੇ ਹੁਣ ਫੇਰ ਦੁਵਾਰਾ ਇਕ ਸਾਫ ਸੁਥਰਾ ਜਿਸ ਚ ਹਰ ਇਨਸਾਨ ਕੁਸ਼ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜਾ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਰਾਜ ਆਉਣਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਓਹੋ ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ ਦਲੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ,ਜਿਸਦਾ ਕਾਰਣ ਸ਼ਾਯਦ ਇੰਡੀਆ,ਚੀਨ,ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਤੇ ਰੂਸ ਦੀ ਲੜਾਈ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਤੇ ਉਹਤੋਂ ਵਾਦ ਐਥੇ ਕੁਸ਼ ਲੱਖ ਲੋਗ ਹੀ ਰਹਿ ਜਾਣੇ ਨੇ ਤੇ ਅੱਜ ਅਸੀਂ ਲਗਬਗ ਇਸ ਯੁੱਧ ਜਾ ਲੜਾਈ ਬੱਲ ਬਦ v ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ ਤੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਕੁਸ਼ ਤੇ ਮਾਣ v ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਐ ਕੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਫ਼ੌਜ ਵਰਗੀ ਅਮਰ ਤੇ ਨਾਂ ਹਾਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਫ਼ੌਜ ਹੈ ਜੋਕੀ ਦੂਜੇਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਣ ਲਈ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਖੁਦ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਨੇ❤..ਤੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੀ ਧਰਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਾਲਸੇ ਅਤੇ ਖਾਲਸੇ ਦੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਤੇ ਕਦੇ ਕਿੰਤੂ ਪ੍ਰੰਤੂ ਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਈ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਾ ਜਾ ਕੈਂਪੈਰੀਜੰਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਜੀ....
