Sirjee first of all hydroponic and aeroponic both are very different technique. The technique shown in video is Aeroponic technique, which is used in growing ORCHIDS in Polyhouses. Here they used humidifier for creating moisture in the room. May be they are using water soluble nutrients through humidifier. I don't think they need pesticides.

Information is not perfect. I am doctorate in floriculture and landscaping . Logon ko bewakoof nahi bnao. Economic analysis kiya hai mene aapki jankari ke liye. Dekho 1 tray me saffron ke bulb hain 1100 no. Width 25 no. Saffron bulb, length 45 no. Saffron bulb = total 1125 bulbs . Aur 15 se jada trays nhi hain room me. 1125x 15= 16875 bulbs . 150 flowers se 1 gram kesar nikalta hai. Therefore 16875/150 = 112 gram. Iska matlab 150 gram se jada kesar ni niklega. 150 gram se milengey sirf rs 20000 to 30000 .electricity charges 2000 to 3000 per month. electricity bill (5 months )= 15000; labour cost = rs 10000 Therefore 30000 - 250000 = rs 5000 net profit of 5 months Haath jod kar binti hai aapse logo ko bilkul sahi jankari do.
