ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਸਿੱਖ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਝੂਠੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਕਾ ਨਕੋਦਰ ਦਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦਿਨੀਂ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਦੇ ਹਾਊਸ ਆਫ ਰਿਪਰਸੈਂਟੇਟਿਵ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਚਾਰਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਸਾਕੇ ਵਿਚ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਫੋਰਸਾਂ ਨੇ ਚਾਰ ਸਿੱਖ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਟਾਰਗੇਟ ਕਿਲੰਿਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਇਹਨਾਂ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸਮੈਨ ਜਿੰਨੀ ਪਨੇਟਾ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਂਜਲੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ। 4 ਫਰਵਰੀ 1986 ਨੂੰ ਹੋਈ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਦਾ ਅੱਜ ਤੱਕ ਇਨਸਾਫ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਿਆ। ਇਸ ਕੇਸ ਦੀ ਪੈਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਡਾ. ਹਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਖਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
