In 2019, South Africa brought an exceptional performer to this global franchise. Siki Jo-An , a 25 years old musician from Kwazakhele, owned the stage week by week, introduced people around the world to the Xhosa "Click Sound" and stunned audience and coaches with her diverse musical talent. She finished the competition on the 3rd place, but her charismatic and life-affirming performances will be remembered for a long time to come.

When they sang R.E.S.P.E.C.T together, it didn’t seem like they were in competition at all! Just two queens knowing how to share the stage and give a hell of a performance. Some of the shows they are trying to ousting each other they forget about the performance and the song itself , this was amazing!
