Sikka ke kisi bhi project purchase karne se pehle aap sikka ke 1st project ki haalat dekh le tabhi invest kare. Iske first project Sikka Karmic Greens me log lift ke andar 10-15 min fase rehte hai bijli na hone ke kaaran. Agar ek do ghatna hoti to ignore kiya jaa sakta tha. Par aaj ye 20th incide hai inn 15 dino me. Har din 2-3 ghante bijli nahi rehti hai. Agar pehla project aisa hai to baaki ke prokect ka aap soch sakte ho. Baaki apka paisa aapki zindagi. Mein to buri tarah pachhta raha hoon

Pathetic Maintenance. Not at all livable. Poor build quality. No power connection. Power supplied from temp. connection for construction. No water connection, groundwater is supplied. Frequent power failure, sometimes every min for 2 hours. They even can't afford to do fogging in the evening for mosquitos. No professional security, labor sitting in uniform. Basement two is filled with seepage water. I am stuck in this project, living here for 4 years, stuck because I have no money to move to other projects. No OC, no registry.

One of the most corrupt builder of all time. Couldn't event deliver Sikka Karnam Greens project even after 15 years. Exisitng issues in society are worrisome and life threatening. Lifts doesn't work and have multiple failure and jerking issues. No permanent electricity connect we have upto 50 powercuts in 1 hr and multiple eleronic device failure. No security and parking at all. Worst management

Highway ke jungle me koi rahe and 1000 sq ft per floor ke area me kya skyvilla bana rakha hai? Itna bekar design. Ground floor to fir bhi thoda theek dikh rha hai but upar wala to bas rooms ke naam pe dabbe bana rakhe hai..Humans ke liye ghar hai ya Pigeons Ke Liye? uske baad 1.75cr bhi do. Not worth it. This should not cost more than 60L all inclusive...that too one has to think 1000 times before investing.
