An enamelled cast iron pan may seem like a good choice, but these pans end up needing to be replaced at the slightest signs of damage. And replacing a pan with a glass coating isn't exactly sustainable. A better alternative is a classic cast iron pan with a natural non-stick coating. Simply re-season this pan with a natural oil time and again, making it last a lifetime with proper use and maintenance.

@@MyChannel05560 How comfortable are you is the question you need to ask yourself. Can you maintain traditional cast iron pan by re-seasoning every time? If Yes then go for it. If you say no I want my pan to be aesthetically colourful and I don't like to reseason every time like oiling them.. then go for enameled cast Iron. Only drawback is enameled is a coating that may get damaged if you drop it. Otherwise they are also good. But if you want just one pan for your lifetime then traditional is better
