Our respected parliament Arian must speak English. English is a international language. Being a representative of Tibetan people you must speak English language. This is very shameful. Most of these respected monks are not able to speak. How can they tell our problems to westerners. Because these westerners cant speak Tibetan. Please go to Dalai Lama Institute and learn perfect English then come to Dharamshala take participate in our Parliament. Jai Hind. Jai Tibet.🙏🙏🙏

If these chithue monks are disputes and shouting about sikyong had made mistake. Then former sikyong Sangey also had says that Tibet is not country. It’s also big matter nd at time chithue monks were act not understood and why they were speak out. Shame theses monks are creating problem between Tibetan peoples and within parliament members.
