Excellent. Not giving the rake operator any break. Chopper doesn't appear under any pressure in the big swards.As usual lovely countryside not unlike some of ours here in cork

Sensible chopper driver taking the inside row first, makes the ins and outs much easier, quicker and tidier for the rake in the rest of the field:)

Absolutely!!

Good video. The harvester should have been collecting the row of grass by the headland to allow the rake to get ahead
@balmesh4 жыл бұрын
Perhaps he had a reason for taking the second row?

Fair old crop there making some massive rows .been trying to figure out where you are based as hills behind seem familiar ,around shap maybe ?
@balmesh4 жыл бұрын
I'd rather you didn't figure out where I'm based! I can say, though, that those hills are the North Pennines.
@alanswainson26834 жыл бұрын
balmesh no problem ,it’s just I was born in Cockermouth , Cumbria and they look like Cumbrian fells ?

Still think mergers are the way to go, less moving parts than the 4 or 6 spinners, wouldn't take a winter to build yerself a 40ft
@balmesh4 жыл бұрын
I can't agree that there are fewer moving parts. Think of all the teeth on the pick up tines, all the brackets on the belts and all the hydraulic parts to move it in, out, up and down etc.
