Silage 2024 - Lifting Grass with John Deere 8500i and Claas Axion & John Deere Carting

Taken back in mid April and now for the lifting, which took place the same day as the mowing to beat the rain that was forecast. Here's contractor Houghton Farming chopping gras with their John Deere 8500i forager. Carting is done with neighbours John Deere 6155R, used for the mowing in previous video, and farms Claas Axion 820, driven by myself. With thanks to my dad who was able to film the action for me.
