He's most likely gonna spawn as an immortal with psychic abilties and expression magic, get's cured. His spells should be Mind Frying, Liquifying organs, Choking, fire manipulation, fire resistance, enhanced durability, teleportation, disrupting qetsiyah's anchor ( i don't keep up with tvl like that so idk if they even added that) Illusions, telekinesis, and maybe shapeshifting?
