Silat elbow smash variations, Part 1

This is a very important CQC (close quarters combat) tool: the elbow smash. These techniques come from the martial art of Silat. You'll find similar techniques in Kali.

1. Against a push.

Nice, I'm a big fan of Kali-Silat. My Kali training and teaching saved my life twice in edged-weapon encounters, once on the streets of Bodymore, Murderland aka Baltimore-City, MD, and in a club in DC, I have a lot to be grateful. I didn't have to deal with this nonsense, while living in Bklyn, NY. Keep posting good content.
