You will no longer need a coolant line running from the head to the throttle bodies. The new coolant lines come pre attached to the turbo assembly and run from the back of the motor head to the turbo, and then from the turbo to the coolant bottle.

At 26:55, how do you ensure no plastic bits go inside of the engine when you drill the hole in the boot?

What about a spacer plate under the head to lower the compression? Without thats i see 100 miles if lucky, until melt down.

Hey guys, I may have missed it, but I didn't see where you hooked the turbo oil drain line? Saw the lube from the pump to the top oil feed, but not the drain line.

the oil line dead ends into the turbo there is no return line

This video is much more in depth than the RMK 850 tutorial. Can I use this video or are there some big differences. I notices the 800 doesn’t require removal of the belly pan for access to the oil pump.

They are pretty close. You could use the two and cross reference them.

Does the turbo need an exhaust donut at the pipe to turbo connection? My kit didn't come with one but I noticed the stock can doesn't use em

Where does the oil and coolant go after it's passed through the turbo, I'm a tad ADHD but I don't think there was anything installed to get the fluids out of the turbo. Also, does decreasing the oil output to the engine like that harm the engine? At least that seems like what's going on.

how does you tune this kit? or is't like boondockers sidekick turbo kick that you don't have to tune det fuel to the sled?

Silber utilizes an ECU reflash and requires no tuning.
