Sildefestival Hvide Sande 2014

At the south coast in Denmark, in the danish town of Hvide Sande, there is a get together every year when the herring swims into the fjord to lay its eggs. This is the perfect opportunity for herring fishing. It is a unofficial World Championship in fishing, and attracts both the locals and from other neighbouring countries, like Germany. It is a festival for two days of fishing, eating and having a good time and going back home with memories and lots of herring.
