A female friend at uni once told me something that upset me a lot, and I immediately stepped away from her and ignored her all day. By the time we got to the last lecture of the day she was wracked with guilt, fighting to get my attention back. Another time, my ex refused sex when we were in bed and started complaining about something; I just turned away from her and she immediately panicked and got on top of me. Another time, a female friend in class who'd just gotten a new boyfriend was making me uncomfortable by continuing to act very touchy with me as she used to do when single, so I sat further away and put my bag between us. When she realized I was pulling away on purpose she looked so insecure I even felt a little bit guilty. Ignoring a woman who expects your attention is 100% the best way to handle behavior you don't like. And if your woman is being good, make sure you give her enough attention, because it's kind of shitty to let her feel insecure for no reason - many relationships were ruined when the man took his woman for granted.

Also, if you have negative to positive interactions in a ratio of 5:1, the relationship will fail, because it's too negative. If it's 11:1 it's no challenge and/or ingenuine, which also goes up in flames. Ignore problems and they go from bad to worse.

If your partner cheated they're probably high in narcissistic traits (most women are), they always feel entitled to cheat and justified so unfortunately they won't confront their own moral bankruptcy or inner demons when you stay silent, but it's a nice thought. They certainly won't validate you if you do voice yourself either... so yeah, still better to cut them off and stay quiet. My ex was diagnosed with narcissism, I knew what would hurt her most, when I discovered her cheating I calmly said "I don't mind sharing you with other men, we can have an open relationship, I'm going over to see (my ex she was highly jealous of) tonight, I'll see you in the morning, baby" ... it destroyed her grandiose false sense of self, how dare I be willing to share someone so great! It made her feel worthless... she was DEVASTATED!

The innocence you lose, as a man, when you are cheated on, is only lost once. It is an epiphany, the beginning of a new epoch. Your life, your thought process, and your actual consciousness is altered, the old you is gone, the new you is awakened. Your life is marked by the before, and the after, that one event becoming a marker of time. And you will never be the same as you were. And no woman will ever have that power over you again. It is fundamental to the story of the hero. You must experience the tragedy, to become the man you were destined to be. So embrace it, you are being forged.

The best punishment you can give a woman is to permanently ghost her. Leaving a woman in a suspended state of confusion with no closure is excruciatingly more painful to her because she cannot see your reaction and she's only left with her own thoughts and a mirror to look at herself and ask "what happened?" with no answer. Absolutely 100% correct. Do NOT communicate. My story: My wife of 15 years started an affair even though we had never fought. I won't bore you with the minutia of this marriage, but suffice it to say that I never cheated, yelled at her, threatened her, etc. We had some financial troubles and I admit to getting depressed during this time. I never took it out on her. My first indication of her cheating was when she got a colossal raise from her boss. You can connect the dots from here. She soon announced that she was leaving, when we finished watching a movie at home. No argument, just an announcement. It hit me like a ton of bricks. She just moved out and a few months later wanted "marriage counseling". I correctly surmised that this was only for her to try an alleviate her conscious by trying to justify her leaving without telling me the truth. However, she did not know that two acquaintances, not close friends but people who obviously respected me, came forward to tell me of this affair once they found out about how I was headed to divorce court. They held their tongue before, but didn't want me to get destroyed in court. During the "marriage counseling" I confronted her on the affair. I didn't yell, I just stated how I found out and had never in my life been betrayed like that. Upon leaving, the councilor (a woman actually) made sure to come up and tell me in private that it was ok for me to feel anger towards her. The fact remains that I never spoke to her again. All communication was through my lawyer. In the last two years since, she has tried to communicate with me over stupid crap. During the divorce she offered to pay me $200/mo for dog support. Me: silence. She emailed me to tell me that I could get better car insurance. Me: silence. She sent me an email with a link to cheaper internet providers. Me: silence. She continues to text me, email, forward mail to me with notes, etc. Me: silence. I found out that she is now seeking therapy. To be honest, I don't hate her. I just do not care about her anymore. I can't afford to care. I am moving on. She can pickup the pieces to her own wrecked life. I owe her nothing.

True. But a woman is a woman. And she always wants the last word. That's why it is good that you just ignore her and move on. Don't even reply to her messages or ask her why she cheated. Just pretend you are ok and move on. It will drive her crazy because women like to have power over men. Sometimes they even cheat on you out of anger and wanting to get revenge.

when I was together with my last girlfriend she still had a friendship with her ex and I had nothing against that, after all we are adults and she can meet whoever she likes. I trusted her that nothing will happen since she asured me that and becasue she ended the relationship with him on her part and moved on. one day however she confessed to me, that she did sleep with him once the day before and that she was sorry and it never happens again, etc. we met up in a pub. when she saw me she came running over trying to hug me, I didn't return the hug and made it visable, I am no longer on a "lover's level" with her and spoke just formaly, like with a colleague from work. we ate something and I told her, that it was over. simple as that, no hard feelings on my part. she cried and asked how to make things up again, but I just explained to her, that I already had put trust in her before but obviously made a wrong decision with that, as she betrayed that trust and that it's not something someone can just "make up for". After the meal I payed for us both, sayed my goodbye and left.

Little advice from Russia. Let me tell you something universal. Emotions. Whole woman's life (thoughts, actions) ruled by emotions and instincts. And she seeks for emotions. Always. Bad or good. Absolutely doesn't matter. If you start agruing with woman you start feeding her with emotions. Start delivering what she needs and becoming a small praying insect in her eyes. Is that what you want? Remember that. Respect yourself. Be a Man. And your life will become simple and wonderful. Have a nice day and stay reasonable.

Problem with women is, I am sure men are the same, If you treat them like gold, they are indifferent to you, but if you are quiet, all of a sudden it is as if they try more. It's like why can't you put this effort in when I am treating you right so I don't have to resort to games.

Wow, wish I had seen this last year! My ex wife cheated on me within the first year of marriage. I eventually gave her the silent treatment once she told me for sure she was done. The day we signed and notarized the papers, I did not say a word to her. That was the first day I think I saw regret in her eyes after finding out a month earlier. Before that, she had tried to blame everything on me which pissed me off. So glad that relationship ended. It was embarrassing, but I moved passed it.

I am going through almost a similair situation. There was a girl who i was very interested in and vica versa. We spendend many times together and we had feelings for each other, but then one day i went very spontanously to our local mall (i normally never visit our local mall) and to my suprise i saw her hand in had with another guy!! Besaucly when i entered the mall i saw a guy and a beautiful girl (my crush/girl who i was hanging out with) walking hand in hand together about to leave mall. At a distance i couldnt reconise who this beautiful girl is until we walked passed each other. I was absulotely broken when i saw her with this other guy and she was so shocked when she saw me that she became red in the face and looked down while leaving the mall. That day i was so broken i completely removed her from all my social media and ignore forever. Geuss what? Not much later she approached me in the gym asking why i blocked and ignore her! She wanted to hangout again but i completely refused, but secretly inside i really do want to be with. She is one of the most beautiful girl i have ever seen, no lie 10/10 beautiful, trust me. But please give me some advice, what should i do? (Sorry for my english, it isnt my mother language + i have dyslexia) Ps. Even though she is very beautiful she has many mental problems but i put up with it because of how beautiful she.

ibn z It sounds like you know what you have to do. First of all, she’s playing the field. Is that something you want while she decides if she’s going to be with you or not? Regarding the mental illness, is that something you want to deal with for the rest of your life? Now some people are worth dealing with their mental illnesses, but they have to own it, take responsibility for it, and be a genuinely good person to be worth it. Let go of her beauty. It would be better for you to have an amazing personality 7 or 8, or even lower. And let me tell you, someone with an amazing personality winds up looking more beautiful the more you get to know them.

@@kimmywimmy7305 thankyou for your comment. The thing is she is blaming me because i am the one that publicly ignore her and removed her from social media. She then validated her action by saying that she is not a great communicator. She is blaming me that i am the one that started the ignoring etc but rather she was the one that started to lose interest in me by igroning me through text and in public, real life. This happend very gradualy though. She also used to compliment me a lot, like telling me i am handsome, good looking, good body etc so it felt like she was really into me but then seeing her with another guy was very diffecult. She also once said that i need to be thankful and greatful that i have her on social media and hangout with her because only special people deserve her attention?? (Idk if she was trying to make me feel special) I was asking because i feel like i want to give her a second, especially now it is quarentine and i need some companionship. But then i also feel like a 2nd chance. Idk my feelings are confusing me.

@Itnetlolor i really want to believe that, but let me tell you she is absolutly beautiful like 20/10 i am not kidding. But her being manipulative and mean from time to time, is what makes her not beautiful. In the beginning when whe hanged out, she was extremely nice, affectiones etc giving me lots of attention and chill together if you know what i mean. But then out of nowhere her demeanor changed towards me and she started to be very mean, like saying extremely mean things as if she was projecting her insecurities on me. She also told me that she doesnt have lots of friends, which i was shocked about because she is very popular on social media. Girls were jealous because of how pretty she is, which i believed. She always used to be bored and always wanted to hangout. She used to promote herself in the beginning that she is a great girl, doesnt do crazy things etc. So through the course of time i started to get attachted to her, while she started to go from nice girl to mean girl, she also started to ignore me in public. I didnt know what the hell was wrong but i was cool until i saw her with this other guy. After a while she started to contact me again but i refused. This is were i think the guy played/dumped her and now she is trying to use me as a rebound or something. What do you think?

Trust me, it’s better to get out before she does real damage. I’m lonely too through this quarantine. I’ve been single since 2015 and I’ve had to do a lot of healing since my marriage with a narcissist. Please trust me. The less time you spend with a narcissist, the less healing you have to do when it’s all over. She’s not pretty on the inside, and that’s where it counts. That’s why she doesn’t have friends. I did this to my ex and actually never spoke to her after we separated. I even blocked her number as soon as we separated. The crazy thing is that she worked at a large corporate headquarters were I trained over the summer for the same company. One day she saw me walking down the large hallway. This complex houses about 20k employees. We both made eye contact and even though I hadn't seen her in a couple of years my anger and rage re-ignited instantly but I said nothing and kept walking by as if nothing happened. When I got back to my desk I saw that she messaged me using the company's Skype and had the nerve ask me how I was doing. I never replied and that was the last time I heard from her. None of it was planned and I acted purely based on emotion. But the point for me is that we had an agreement and made a commitment to each other that we would never be unfaithful but yet she did it anyway. We were going through some difficult times but I find that is no excuse to be unfaithful and brake a promise of such magnitude with your live-in partner. At times I have wondered how she feels about the situation but the truth is that I don't care enough to ever contact her. I could never trust a person like that again and I want nothing to do with her.

That's exactly what happened with my ex fiancee when she tried to play hard to get and blocked me to seek revenge (I've had dumped her 2 weeks ago back then before getting back together). I was still attached to her but resisted the urge to reach out. She acted passive and I blocked her back after a week. Months later, her mom contacted my mom blaming her for not asking about her daughter, and told her that her daughter lost 20 pounds. I was laughing at this point because she was waiting for me to contact her or something to feed her ego but I gave her 0 attention.

Well, I was pretending a girl, she always accepted to go out, but in the end she always came with an excuse, (9 times). So in December of the last year, I told we need to spoke, it was important to me. She again said a day to meet up, but then just before the day, she said she had to work. I answered that it was really important for me. She said no again. Then I told her it's better to leave it then, good luck in the job and take care of yourself were my last words. She said her intention wasn't to upset me, I didn't answer, She wrote to me the next week if I was still mad (with a smiling funny face). I didn't answer. It's been a month, I haven't answered, and I'm not planning to write to her o talk to her. Things died that day she didn't care it was important to me. In the end, I don't know if silence is a demonstration of power, but the only thing I know: I can get better women who actually take things seriously.

I cannot even begin to tell you how correct this is and how important it is for men to learn this. There is no better feeling in the world than letting a woman eat herself up with her own miserable thoughts. This society has led us to believe that sharing what we think and feel is beneficial to all. The reality is that they only use it to belittle us and to create weak young men who cry at the drop of a hat and sit with their legs crossed like women do. We are better than that and need to re-learn the world that undeniable fact.

Silence was the best move in this situation, sadly i realised this very later on. After I got cheated on, it wasn't like she was hiding it she kept it hidden for like 2-3 months and then one day I got home she intentionally posted this "another guy" on insta. Then we had a conversation and in that ofc i was full of different emotions and wasn't in control so as he said in the video i did the same. I said and said and keep saying everything that comes to my mind to gain control. After doing all that for 1 hour or so ig, I stopped talking and from there i never talked to her again. But all i said on that day helped her to convince herself that she was the victim. Matter of fact she was already feeling like she was the victim when we had our last conversation. Well it has been 4 months and we didn't spoke another word to each other. I find his advice to talk to ex-girlfriend very helpful and i hope i would be able to do that someday too

Firstly I want to say that even though my ex cheated. It’s been years now so I wish her the best (I mean that). However 😂😂. Guys I am telling you that Alex is spot on. If someone cheats on you. Silence is GOLDEN!. After I found out what she did (whilst on holiday with my mum), I returned to our home whilst she was at work and packed up every single item of mine and left the home, as I knew she was hoping to see me in pain or to have an argument etc. I did not block her on social medias etc but I chose absolute silence on all platforms. Long story short, at one point she sent me 100 messages in the space of 10 mins. Yes this sounds mean, but she needed to reflect on what she had done and it was not my job (and it’s not yours) to do so. By the time a few months had gone by, she was telling people I barely knew, to call her and text her back. At one point this guy was like “it’s actually starting to get annoying, she clearly wants you back”. Anyway, good luck to you all !

Even if you are successful with the method mentioned in this video and you feel you have gone past the pain and its time to collect data, a narcissist will seize the opportunity of you reaching out and flip the whole situation into their favor. Before you know it, all your emotional buttons are being pushed. It's happened to me and a bunch of people i know. Be very very well prepared if you truly do intend on collecting data. Narcissists can create havoc with the slightest input from you and before you know it, they have re-gained their power over you and all those months worth of work is gone down the drain. My gf and I were together for 16 years, had a kid and moved in together early on. On a Friday night she left while I was sleeping, took my 5 yr old daughter with her, and began dating a guy from her workplace Monday after the weekend. I consulted a lawyer immediately to obtain the best possible actions I could take to ensure that custody would not be stacked against me. As soon as possible I was told to establish a dual household custody agreement while Seperation was happening. Courts look at the months following a breakup to determine what the child is now used to as they want to keep things as stable for them... so if you wait for a court fight they may side with the woman because the child has been with her for the last few months primarily. When we went to sell the house, she was set on going in and labeling colored dots on all the furniture and stuff that we had to determine who wanted what. That weekend I went into the house, loaded up the furniture and tv I brought with me to the house then informed her that everything else in the house, 95% of its contents were hers to do with what she wanted. I kept nothing attached to her, not one photo. All I wanted was an even split on the house sale. With that, I was done. For the sake of my daughter I maintain standard relations with my ex when our kid is there. After that, though, I'm fine not even knowing if shes alive or dead. She is no longer occupied space in my life.

You're 100% correct! The one time I was cheated on I cut her off, wouldn't respond to her calls or texts and hung out with other women to keep my mind off her. It drove her nuts to the point that she came by my house and the timing was perfect because I was leaving with a girl 5 times as gorgeous as her. I looked right through her as she walked up to my car, looked away as I rolled up our windows, started my car and drove out of the driveway and on my way 🤣 She was leaving voicemails crying and texting me begging for me to forgive her ETC. Being a young fool, instead of completely cutting her off I told her I would never be with her again and all she could offer me was sexual favors...period. I think she thought she could win me back that way so she obliged. I used her for what she was worth for almost a year until one day I decided to commit to another girl I was seeing (was honest with the other girl about everything) and told her I was now in a relationship and her time had come to an end. I did get to the bottom of it and she was mad because I was on my purpose as far as a path of music and one night she was trying to get me to flake on my band and not go to the studio. I nicely told her I would see her the next night and left her house...there were a few people there and she ended up getting drunk and in anger slept with some dude haha. Talked to her many years later and she still said I was the best she ever had and that was the biggest mistake she ever made. Long story long, you're spot on. Silence and let them writhe as you plan your exit...do it on your terms when they've done you wrong but do not get sucked back into a relationship!

I was cheated on before, and when I discovered it, she had the audacity to expect me to want to fight for her. Lol. I told her I'd give her a ride over to his place where she can stay.

So a couple of years ago, my ex went on a trip to Miami with another guy behind my back. At first, she claimed that she was going with her female bff but later confessed that she went with a "platonic" male friend when she came back in town from the trip. I guess she confessed out of guilt. So whether the guy was a platonic friend or not, I lost trust in her and the relationship was never the same. We eventually broken up about a couple months after the incident. And yes I stayed for a couple months because I thought she made a small mistake but I just couldn't get over that Miami trip incident. After we had broken up, I blocked her and started dating other women. I didn't see the point in calling my ex back and ask her why she did what she had done. For closure? The past is the past and it wouldn't make a difference what she would have said. I just moved on and didn't look back. What matters is my current girlfriend, not her or her excuses. Now I can't tell if the person I blocked tried to contact me. But I have recieved a few phone calls from an unrecognized number where I answered my phone saying "hello", but after a few seconds of silence, the person hangs up.

When I was 15, I believed that men should live for women, be the providers etc, growing in a house with conservative parents, it was the only thing I knew. God bless the internet that helped me grow the right way and forget about my parents. I am now 17, never had a gf because of my shyness, but now I see that it's for the best. Videos like this taught me that I need to focus on myself and on my career, relationships come after successfullness. If I ever find a good woman I may marry her and have kids. But if I don't, I won't try to force it on me. Whatever happens, happens.

I just wanted to say: Way you are living is astromically better than bad relationship. I am 31 recently divorced, I had wife who turned out have tons(7major sicknesses, such as heavy depressions for 2 years) of psychologil issues, first 1.5 years she looked like really sweet(all sings for psycologigaul issues were there but I was blind) After that her unresulved childhoid traumas broke out and her true nature was visible. 4 years being her care taker burned me out. I had too strong instic to care even when all danger sings were there. So Find a woman good quality woman without unresolved traumas/issues and who has good quality lady friends(friends reflects her nature) and psychologically healthy parents. All the best for you

@@extended_e Your story sounds heartbreaking(for her). Maybe all she needed was some therapy to help her cope with an abusive childhood? I'm married and have ptsd along with depression due to the same thing but we've(husband and I) always have had great communication and understanding with one another. To be honest it sounds like the situation was deeper than what is seen on the surface. But good luck finding anyone with psychologically healthy parents these days, keep in mind they raised this generation.

Dude, you're still 17! Your parents, if they have been good to another and good role model to you, becoming like them should be your aim. Let internet inform you of the potential danger, but don't let it destroy your future. They are just content creators. They make everything sensational so that you may like, comment, share, subscribe. Please, look after good and successful models. If you're happen to fail, you will be informed, don't be mad. You can win,but not with that mindset.

@@karubuarmelgael9632 well I wrote that a year ago and many stuff has changed. I'm 18 rn and my parents aren't the best role models. I want to become someone different from them. I know how to manage internet and which people I let influence me. Tldr I find worthy people in my life and let them be my role models when I use internet to avoid any red flags or anything else.

@@Sapanator yeah situation is much deeper than I wrote, as it takes so much time to portray it. But from my side I ended up as her caretaker and practically surrogate parent. She has insanely high passivity, and fright to live/exit apartment/do anything new. And teaching her to live burned me out to degree that my personality started twisting and changing, that is what made me wake up, that situation can't continue. She was practically a child mentally(25 years old) when we got together. Oh and she is unable sympathize/ understand other ppl, which makes her naturally selfish and unable to respect others borders or needs. I did manage to get her to therapists after 2 years of effort and she is still going to there. Her live and her Is getting better and I am happy for that, but same time I don't want to be suffer anymore. It is a tragedy, honestly. I hope no one needs to experience either side of story. I welcome any feedback to this story.

It's true. Don't know if with every women of course, but it was true for me. I was cheated on. Actually when I discovered I called her to confirm but in that call I was really crying and desperate. But also committed in my inquire. As soon I got my confirmation I hang up the phone and shutted her off. Forever. Then in the 4 or 5 years after she send me a few messages (not a lot +/- 5) like "I hope you are well I dreamed with you and that you're having some problems, are you OK?" and other things. I never answered. And in the few times I saw her (with mutual friends 3 or 4 times) I always said hello and nothing more. It was very hard but I know it was the best for me. It empowered me after this awful situation and allowed me to gain control and self respect. Be strong and believe you can get better. Invest in yourself.

I had a female roommate who I became close with a number of years ago. We were indeed very good friends, and I would play therapist with her a lot. She started taking advantage of our relationship and treating me pretty poorly after awhile, and eventually something happened that caused me to just slam the door on her (metaphorically speaking) and not talk to her at all anymore. She went effing ballistic on me and demanded that I talk to her and listen to her. I didn't, and it was definitely a power move that showed to both of us who was dominant. Women CRAVE attention, and the most primary way they show attention and affection is through talking and sharing. If you quit talking and sharing with a woman, there's just about nothing worse you can do to her. It will drive her nuts.
