In this extraordinary run, I tackle the Situs Inversus mission in HITMAN-and complete it in an incredible 7 minutes and 29 seconds! The twist? I donned the Ninja outfit, stayed entirely in the shadows, and finished without anyone noticing my presence. This is a Silent Assassin, Suit Only (SASO) walkthrough, reimagined with stealthy flair and flawless strategy.
Starting in Tobias Rieper’s suite, I eliminated both targets with precision and creativity:
Erich Soders: A high-ranking ICA operative undergoing a heart transplant surgery. I sabotaged the procedure by destroying his replacement heart and tossing it in the trash. No heart, no hope.
Yuki Yamazaki: A ruthless lawyer-turned-fixer for the ICA. I lured her into the sauna, sealed the door, and cranked the temperature to the max for an elegant yet fiery demise.
This mission, set against the breathtaking backdrop of Hokkaido, was executed with finesse: no alerts, no slips, and full use of shadowy tactics. Earning the coveted Silent Assassin rating never looked this sleek.

Thanks for your comment! As per my knowledge, the ninja outfit isn’t found during Situs Inversus itself, It’s an unlockable starting outfit called 'Ninja,' unlocked at Hokkaido Mastery Level 7. You can start at the Mountain Path location with this disguise, which comes with a katana. Keep in mind, this outfit is unique to Hokkaido, and wearing it makes you hostile to everyone, so stealth is crucial. It’s also key to completing the Silent Ninja challenge in this mission.
