I remember buying silent hill at a computer fair and I really loved the game. To be honest, when I think back to my teens, I really can’t remember ever really not liking a game. Maybe because most kids don’t get bundles of games. I used to get a few games for my birthday and Christmas and I was more then happy with that. Especially as games costed £50-£60 back then and there was no amazon pre owned games back then. Oh I remember my dad taking me to Blockbuster video at weekends to rent the odd game.

The puppet nurses were NOT censored in PAL version. You just had bad angle and lighting. It's exactly the same.

Love the lore you drop. You sound a lot different nowadays; as in, you speak with a different dialect. Dunno, it's interesting getting used to, but I'm digging it!

The sound design is something to needs to be addressed in this game, like, the part in alchemilla where you can hear the soundtrack first as an ambience sound and then you start walking and collecting items, the soundtrack starts to get louder but in a way you almost noticed it, you just start to get really anxious even if there's nothing out there. Yamaoka is a genius.

Totally agree! The sound design is what got me interested in sound engineering & the music inspired me greatly as a musician. Much of the horror & atmosphere is in the sound alone!

EMagnificent I don’t know if this is a inside joke or u really think I’m someone else but I think it’s genuinely weird that he changed the way he speaks after years of talking with a American accent with no explanation

EMagnificent nevermind I looked at passed videos and I remember seeing Linda in the comments telling people he identifies as Mexican. Since ur pretty active in his community, do u know why he changed his accent? I’ve been following since his dark souls stuff and he didn’t sound like this

@@Ryan-cs3uc I dunno myself, but if I had to guess I'd say maybe he moved somewhere and his accent changed naturally. Or maybe he's been suppressing his accent in his videos. The accent's been here for a while, so I doubt he's just putting it on for show. Also, just an FYI, but there are a lot of different accents in America, and a lot of them sound very different from each other. There's not just one "American" accent, because a Texas accent, a Wisconsin accent, a New Jersey accent, and a New York accent are all very different from each other. Even within specific states, the accents from one city to another can be so different that the two sound like they're from different countries altogether.
