I dont use obs for recording, i always use nvidia software

I think your gpu is throttling at 83 degrees. It shouldn't be that high. Might need to replace the paste.

He could try undervolting first. Took me down nearly 10 degrees no performance difference.

also i havea 4k monitor so if i play in lower resolutions my game looks extremely pixelated

is it on ssd or hdd? does it effect the performance?

is on hdd. The loading time is better in ssd
