I think the in-game graphics look amazing. For example, the scene where James is holding the vhs inside their room at the Lakeview hotel. Everything looks extremely polished. And the music...don't even get me started on the music. I loves it. That being said, the opening with Maria makes me a bit nervous. There's something not quite right with how stiff and rigid she appears. And her voice... it sounds, "off." Not in a good "silent hill" way, in a "the face doesn't match the tone" sorta way. I always get a mixed bag of feelings when Bloober releases a new trailer or new gameplay. On a side note, Eddie looks great!

The best trailer so far, good job! Maria's jail scene is my favourite cutscene in the game. So I couldn't help but thinking, the changes on lighting has altered the feeling that scene is supposed to convey a bit too much: Normally there was a harsh top light, almost matching the James' first bathroom mirror scene. Hard shadows that covered her eyes, making her even harder to read, and she looked creepy for the first time during the game. And the best detail imo: Lamp's strength was eerily changing with her head movements sometimes, which always gives me the creeps With this flat lighting, she looks a lot more neutral, relaxed and safe. Hope this is just for the trailer, and the lighting is as original in the actual game 🤞🏻

Amazing! I know the original trailer like the back of my hand, I've seen it far too many times to count and they've done a phenomenal job at capturing the atmosphere The prison scene is far too bright though and Maria is all wrong in it, attitude, line delivery etc, but that's my only real gripe James is perfect in this though, his face, his voice, but his hair and clothes aren't different... it just fits so well

Her whole body posture looks pretty bad actually. Really stiff. I guess they wanted to give her more power, and show that with her body, otherwise I can't understand... In the original version she's slouching forward a bit, without losing any inch of her presence, which I find way better. And it's a shame because all the rest looks really good.

Her line delivery and her being lit so well doesn't have that aura of mysterious/playful from the original. In the Original its pretty much 2 personalities interacting with James..

I think the new voiceover is kind of weird. The intonations convey the atmosphere and the state of the characters worse than in the original. Maria, for example, seems to die in the scene behind bars, although there is no reason for that, if you remember the original. Rather Mary could have been voiced in this way. And all the other lines seemed to me as if they were hastily written down. Perhaps it's duckling syndrome, but still I think here objectively tried less, or just tried to sound different just to sound different.
