In a convent, where nuns live and worship, there is a designated head among the nuns (who are referred to as "Sisters"). This designated head is not however referred to as "Sister" and is instead given the title "Mother Superior". These comedic geniuses then replaced superior with its antonym inferior to make the Mother Superior sound like she's gloating. Lol, loved that part! XD
