I wish you have shared this video 9 years ago when i first met my narcissistic partner and he abused me whole 9 years but every time i felt like i was wrong thta i started to quarrel and everytime i texted him again for patch up and this routine was for 9 years ..he even gave me silent treatment of 2 years or more between this...ruined me totally out of my mental health but even after breaking up with him still im unable to vanish him and all those stupid memories from my mind 😢😢😢it distracts me too much that i can't focus on my work properly
