those 2 are sooooo cuteeee~ I want to squish them hahaha nakakapangigil 😅🥰 anw routines are hard especially if you're too busy or worst... you just forgot to do it hehe 🙃 so what I do, it kinda works for me atm... is umm I kinda manipulate my thoughts about the consequences if I do not do it today, say for example exercising hahaha I hate doing it but when i think about the effects of it on my body (short and long term) surprisingly the body follows the mind 😊but yeah the hatred remains but at least I've done the action so I can tick that off my mental list for the day😂 But yeah there are tons of ways to trick the mind to do routines but I hope you can find what works best for you!!! btw congrats on the 5K+ subs~ paburger naman~ LOL jk tho 😁🎉🥳
