I always hate clicking through videos because they never get to the point and I feel like I waste time with no solution in the end. You just blew my mind with this! I’m so happy I found this video, Thank you for posting.

I feel the same. I usually fast forward videos lol...I can be long winded sometimes as well depending on the topic 😅 I try my best to make videos that get straight to the point because I too have been in those emergency situations where you need a quick resolution. Thanks for watching, I greatly appreciate it 🥰

I'm glad I could help. I totally understand the frustration. A lot of the tricks I learn are from trial & error. I have so much more to learn about this machine but I'll post as much as possible when I learn something new. Thanks for watching, I truly appreciate it! Happy Crafting!

Hi great to know cause I didn't know how to use this but what if you bring in a image and you trace n detach but you have this red line around it how you take that off ? Thank u
@aruiz1882 жыл бұрын
I think you're talking about the red line that automatically appears after tracing...in the top left area where you can change the line colors you can select translucent option which looks like a fence in the icon next to the other color options.

Is pretty much like using any CAD studio. Took me a while to find this option in this software.

this helped out much more but im still having error line cuts. one decal can be perfect and the same exact one will have a double cut line like there is an error completing that specific line.
@aruiz188 Жыл бұрын
Glad it somewhat helped and thanks for watching! Check your firmware, software updates, and Check if your blade cartridge is dirty- these things can cause glitches like skipping & dragging
@joehaggerty3287 Жыл бұрын
I have done all of that. Re calibrated it. I use my usb to the cameo so it all updated. The only thing I can think is maybe it is the brand of vinyl im using. When I use removable 631 oracle I don’t have those issues. Just when I cut the permanent brand vinyl I use.
@joehaggerty3287 Жыл бұрын
@@aruiz188 what is your speed? Force? Blade depth? For permanent vinyl?
@aruiz188 Жыл бұрын
@joehaggerty3287 blade 3,force 9,speed 8. I use that for my matte & glossy. Some will say on the packaging also. I've also done blade 2, force 10, speed 5 on some 651 mattes.
@joehaggerty3287 Жыл бұрын
@@aruiz188 no matter what I change those settings to it’s always a extra cut tab error cut. When I weed the pieces I gotta rip it off of where it didn’t cut at.

What about drawings...how do you clean up lines
@aruiz1882 жыл бұрын
The same way after you do the trace function. Sometimes I save an image on my phone, use a background remover or any image editor app on my cell, email myself the image, save to my laptop and open it with silhouette studio, and then edit it from that point after tracing. There's easier options but typically it'll be an image editing software like Adobe illustrator.

what if I scanned a photo and I need bubbles or certain lines gone
@aruiz1882 жыл бұрын
Use the trace tool. Once the image is traced you can double click on the line and edit it similar to this video.
@Jellybeanirishgreen2 жыл бұрын
ok I'm going to try that. thank you sweetie
