Thanks so much for your video. It's the easiest I've seen yet. My problem though is my cameo is cutting below and to the right of where it's supposed to. I've tried calibrating it and it still does it.

Darlene Singleton oh man that’s one that I don’t think I know the answer to 🤔. My limited advice would be this. Restart your computer, unplug your machine and try another cut. If that doesn’t work I’d call customer service and see if they can help.

Hi I have a question that cannot be solved maybe you can help me 😭 So I need to cut these blue circles with no offset border, just round blue circles. But it always cuts on some of them off, so on the sticker I can see a bit of the white background paper. I tried calibration but it was pretty much on the crosses and also the distance was exactly at 20cm. I noticed that this inaccurancy is mostly in the upper half and on each of them less or more severe some of them turn out perfectly. I cut in good lighting, chose the right paper size and place it perfectly on the mat. Of course there are ways to get these circles but I am just frustrated knowing my machine is cutting off ;( I use epson printer on highest quality also have the latest version of silhouette studio…. Thanks😞❤️

Could you make your circle a little bigger than the cut? That way you’ll be cutting away excess blue?

Linda Goodwin as long as you stay in the 8.5x11 space you’re good. Always turn on cut boarder AND print boarder.

Thanks for your video. I have printed my image (Care cards) and loaded them to cut the edge. When I try to send to my cameo, I am getting the message that says "connection released" or connection auto released. What does this mean? I have tried sending Bluetooth and plugged in. This has been so frustrating to me. LOL!! Your video was the only one that helped. Now if I could just get it to send. :)

Melissa Carrasco Humm I don’t think I have seen that one before 🤔. My best advice is save everything. Shut down you computer and unplug ur sil from ur computer and the well giving everything a hard reset. Try it again and let me know.

Derek Palm wow that is a great question!!! It absolutely will. I’ve used the printable sheets from office max and it worked out great! You were able to see the outline of the printable paper but it worked 👌🏻

Erica Hiser hummm. Honestly my first suggestion would be to restart everything 😂. Sometimes when nothing goes right in my silhouette world, I restart my computer and unplug allllll things on my silhouette. Other than that, as long as your reg marks are on and there’s ink in your printer you should be good to go
