My reasons for buying were not from laziness. 1. I live in a very humid environment so, when I'm kneading dough, I have to be careful to use less water and gradually build because the humidity affects the dough. 2. The environment is a rural village with plenty airborne pathogens which I don't wish to incorporate into my bread. 3. As I'm growing older, I find that kneading in the traditional way causes pain in my hands. This bag made the process cleaner, healthier & and pain-free. Enjoy your youth.
