Hello, I bought the 1tb A60 model and installed it however my pc is not finding the drive. I am using a Asus ROG Strix B450-F Gaming mother board. Any ideas on how to get the computer to recognize that I have installed the drive?
@TechLegend-com Жыл бұрын
Hi, sorry for the late reply. It's pretty normal. Please follow the below instructions: Go in the start menu and search for disk management. Once inside disk management, you will see your new SSD labeled as "unallocated ". Right click on it and select new volume, select what letter you want the volume to have and click OK. Your PC should now see your new SSD and you can use it.

Hi all, i am thinking about buying a 2tb version as i will use it to store lots of files and videos and some casual gaming such as start craft 2, Diablo immortal and start craft remastered with it. My laptop is i5 11th gen , 16gb ram with intel iris video. will it run the game smoothly? Thanks for any suggestions.
@TechLegend-com Жыл бұрын
Hi, this SSD will run your games smoothly. However, the performance of games is not really liked to SSD performance, it's more about your CPU and Graphics cards.

Bought this brand 1 tb Nvme ssd 1 yr later it stopped working. Windows was freezing after many test found out this drive had died. Just fyi. Good thing nothing important just a few games and game saves. They did not get back to me on email. My 1st Nvme from samsung has windows installed on it so at least main data was on that drive. Never again with Silicon Power. Also the reason for my freezing system i guess it would work off and on causing the system to freeze. Removing it fixed the pc issue.

This is an old Video, but I decided to post anyway - just installed a 2TB Silicon Power M2..... erm.... to say "fast" would be direspectul. I have 4x 7200rpm SATAs with 256MB Cache, Plus 70TB of USB 3, 3.1, 3.2 drives.... I have IGNORED M2 Nvmes until now..... Seriously people, if you're on the fence (like I was) Drop off it. Stupidly fast, even on an old B450 motherboard. Cold boot to online with VPN and AV active in about 7 seconds.... A small 256GB is pennies - get one! No advert, I'm not promoting anything. Just... I am sooooo happy I upgraded and can't believe it took me this long - I was being stubborn.
