What I find most useful about these clips is the ability to immerse myself in the race, & visualize & feel the natural rhythm of the pace to program my mind to run this fast, but relaxed & rhythmic pace. What many people don't realize is that once you get past being a beginner, most of running is training while training your mind to run faster, farther & more relaxed. It's just practice, practice, practice.... stringing together the "blocks" of fast segments while learning to push farther & deeper through the pain cave 😢 🙋💈✌️🙏

Excellent career. I was also running in the competition, but obviously much further back. My time was 17:28. I hope one day to achieve those rhythms that you manage. Thank you for the video.

I'm not that fast, but I love how quiet the front of the race feels. I only get this feeling when I run smaller shorter distance races.

The road just looks smooth. I could have flied there.

Great video! I’m curious-how can I achieve this level of race footage using a GoPro Hero 9? I’d love to include similar telemetry visuals on my videos too. I edit with Final Cut Pro X and sometimes Adobe Premiere but don’t own an Insta360 😢. I got a chest mount. Any tips on setup, accessories, or software would be amazing! Also, could you consider making a video breaking down your process? That would be super helpful!

What technology are you using to record and show your statistics (pace, HR, gradient, etc.).
@laneonerun6 күн бұрын
I use my Garmin GPS watch which has a HR sensor built in. I use the data (which includes pace, HR, distance, etc) from the watch to display on the video using a desktop app called Telemetry Overlay. Thanks for watching!

How fast do you think you were going the entire time? I'm thinking maybe 10 15 mph.

4:39 pace would be JUST under 13 mph
