In this video, I've talked about my experience on the Volvo bus journey from Siliguri to Kolkata. I had a reservation for a Siligurii to Kolkata WBTC Volvo bus, but when I got to the bus stop, I discovered that the vehicle's service had been suspended. That was a really awful encounter. I had to get back to Kolkata early the following day. I therefore purchased a ticket for the Scania Metrolink semi-sleeper bus on Royal Cruiser. However, Royal Cruiser provided a Volvo B9R multi axle seater bus that day due to some technical issues with the previous bus. An hour after our planned departure, at approximately 6.30 pm, we set out from Siliguri. I purchased my ticket from Gupta Travel Agency, a Royal Cruiser affiliate located close to Siliguri Junction. I had to pay about 700 rupees for it. The travel time from Siliguri to Kolkata was approximately 14.30 hours due to poor road conditions and high traffic. The following morning, we arrived at Esplanade, Kolkata, at about 9:00. Even though the trip was enjoyable, Royal Cruiser's maintenance was poor, and they still need to improve the services they provide.
