I frequently travel by rajbus from Siliguri to darbhanga and this is the best service provider in the area specially on east west corridor section of bihar,You might have feel some discomfort from bagdogra to purnea as the NH is under maintenance as it frequently gets rough due to more than expected traffic road(EW corridor is the only way which led to the gate of northeast and hence lead to more than expected heavy goods vehicles because that section falls in chickens neck corridor).But the amount paid by you was a little more. And that was not nariyal dolesh bhai that was तारी,A local liquor😃. Bihar me aapka swagat hai.
