I will get to "A" in a moment .. but "B" .. the endurance and pure strength and athleticism is amazing ((almost 9 minutes of pure core strength demonstrated)) .. "C" .. the choreography .. and her presence was outstanding ((she played to the crowd and at times egged them on)) .. well thought out well practiced and so fluid .. "D" .. she is gorgeous .. Ive always wanted to learn Aerial silks and, even to a degree, how to pole dance (not for the exoctic part but becuase its enduring and a great way to improve your cardio) but i cant do the splits like everyone says...

So practice! I started aerial silks in about February last year, and my hips were like a foot off the ground in splits. Now, I can double footlock and go into oversplits - as in, my feet are HIGHER than my hips. If you really want to do silks or pole, just take a class and start learning! The flexibility will come after
