Excellent video. Yes, I learned this Beginner warming up for 30 minutes daily. And because of this exercise, my Yang standardized form has Chen flair n taste... no longer standard Yang.

All Tai Chi has Qigong in it, But the movements also teach body linkage power and flow , for self defense as well.

Jon, Yes... this is Qigong warm up exercise Plus the added bonus... all the Chen style set routine require this intricate silk reeling motion that is so difficult to master. I used to spend 30 minutes just doing this daily.
