Joy Crown Silk Surgical Tape is made by silk cloth or acetate silk cloth, hypoallergenic adhesive (hot-melt or acrylic adhesive). Silk tape is an excellent silk-like general purpose surgical tape, which may be used for many different applications such as securing bulky dressings, tubing and small splints. The latex-free hypoallergenic adhesive offers high strength adhesion that is gentle to the skin. Excellent for repeated applications on sensitive skin and elderly patients. Allows for moisture evaporation and skin to breathe, leaving minimal adhesive residue upon removal. Its non-irritating adhesive allows for easy removal, making it a great first aid tape for post-surgery applications and frequent gauze changes.
Our hypoallergenic silk tape is suitable for general surgical trip wound or other medical sticking and fixation, such as fixed conduit and catheter, plaster fixation and reinforcement, etc.
