Silly Girl Summer: Holiday Tattoo DISASTER

I do the pee thing before bed. I'll pee properly when it's time to brush my teeth and wash my face. Then I'll go to bed and play on my phone until I need to pee again . There will be hardly any pee and I'll have to squeeze it out because I need to know that my bladder is empty. Once I'm in bed for proper sleeping, I need to sleep immediately or else I'll keep peeing. My bladder will feel SO full but I will only dribble pee. Wtf?? If my boyfriend speaks to me for more than 30 seconds, I'll need to get up and pee again because it needs to be the last thing I do. It was terrible when we went camping. We were so far away from the toilet and I made my boyfriend go with me in the darkness about 3 times before I could sleep. I think I'll have to take a portable loo next time. It's got to be anxiety related but I definitely don't actually need to pee.

I do the pee thing too!!!😂 I simply cannot relax without going to pee every half hour, very strange no idea why but I have anxiety too and also traits of OCD so maybe linked! Never heard anyone else say they do this I feel better now haha😂

To the lady whose boyfriend isn’t being intimate. I was in the exact same position. I also have been in this position. 36 years experience. It sounds to me like the emotional connection for him is not there. Hence why he doesn’t want to be intimate with you. I would find someone who wants the same intimacy as you. You deserve it ❤

Sophie, when we are young if you train your bladder to wee when not much in bladder later on the bladder brain connection says you must wee. Try and retrain your bladder!

Sophie, when we are young if you train your bladder to wee when not much in bladder later on the bladder brain connection says you must wee. Try and retrain your bladder!
