Very nice! This silly American enjoyed watching, as always. Also, it was great to see a tomato full of swarf/slurry discarded and not eaten. 😊

Great honing video as always! Are you using sperm whale oil on the first stone?
@jpo3114 күн бұрын
Hi. Yes, this is sperm whale oil. It was harvested from a dead whale found floating in a Norwegian fjord. So, this is a waste pruduct.

I did some broke back honing yesterday as well. I did the Le Grise two step and finished on a LD boat. That Les Lat is the perfect size. You can't get sperm whale oil here, will just regular sperm work or it needs to be the oil?

"will just regular sperm work or it needs to be the oil?" I think we could make a thread about it at the Broke Back & Blade (BB & B). We need some experts too look into this. I have heard jerk oil is good. Alligator snot can also work, but you need to be a real man to get it. That can pose a problem (not for you):) My Karen filter have been flashing lately, so maybe there is allot of girls who hone straight razors too? Looking forward to your next video Eric. Broke back honing can also be a good way to start a thread;)
