@@SillyHeather thank you!!! I was wondering if you would ever make a video that touches on ways to preserve our instrument aka best body mechanics practices. I know that I’ve caught myself only after the fact noticing I’m straining to too stiff on a job only to take weeks to recover afterwards. I think it’s something to touch upon

its sooo crazy you say that but I do have a class on that from my chiropractor on fabatv. I was nervous to explain it myself since Im not a "professional" in that area but Dr Brandon really helped with shoulder and back exercises to keep us healthy on the job

@@SillyHeather right! You don’t have to speak to it as a medical professional but as someone who has worked in the field and knows the e aches and pains it would be helpful to be mindful of posture and overextending the arms and such.. I’m glad that Dr. Brandon helped you with this area 👍🏽
