70 year old Army here. BTS has their own Bing Crosby (He sounds a lot like Bing Crosby here, not Sinatra like people are saying. Bing made this song famous.), and it's only fitting because he is an old soul when it comes to his own music preferences. Jazzy for sure. Taehyung's voice is so deep and beautiful, oh my god. I literally manifested Taehyung covering Michael Bublé 4 months ago and here we are! (I know this song has been recorded by many artists but Michael Bublé's version is the most famous) He's voice is incredible and Taehyung singing jazz, Soul and R&B songs is just perfection. Kim Taehyung has that crooner from the 1940's voice. You can tell he worked really hard on this. Some say he reminds them of Frank Sinatra but (to me) he really sounds like Bing Crosby who he really admires and Bing is the one who made this song famous. I hope his solo project is filled with the songs he loves; Jazz and the classics. I keep saying this but I also love that BTS is just giving us raw talent; nothing offensive, nothing shocking, just raw natural God-given talent!!! This cover by Tae is so magnificent from his vocal tone/delivery, English enunciation, expressions and his clearly feeling the song plus the cuddle time with Yeontan is off the charts perfect.
