Messages of the show are, to, Never ever bring another woman into your home as a roommate. Never go out of your way to help anyone, because most people are selfish and will bite the hand that feeds them like Nandini. Most people don't have a strong moral base or even maturity, A lot of people don't take marriage seriously and think the moment they get distracted they can give up on everything. Life constantly tests are character and it happens through temptation such as infidelity, addiction of all sorts (alcohol, drugs, p*rn) etc. and we must be strong willed to fight that. Life is not always choosing to be happy it's doing what is right, such as making your marriage work. And the hardest pill for women to swallow, which is that feminism ruined women. Men are naturally attracted to feminine women that are more homely than career driven, men want to be your hero so they like women that ask for help like Nandini who needed kunal to give her support and strength to fight her problems. Men feel useful and manly when they are around feminine women. Mauli was too independent, spent a great deal at work though she only took up more work to earn money to open a clinic for him that is not what he needed he wanted her to spend more time with him. When a man chooses to marry he does so because he wants to come home to a peaceful place where he can be loved and given attention to, so that they can relieve their stress. So coming home to nobody (woman always at work) or a busy bee is useless to them.
