Not really that spooky, buuuuuut it takes place in Hell hahahah
But yes, I really love this song! The first time I heard, I couldn't get it out of my head! It's still stuck in my till this day!!
It's also amazing to see the show get picked up my A24 and the premiere of the series is coming closer and closer!
For this remix, I really wanted to push my self to try something different with the drop and I went for a more traditional house sound! I still tried to keep my dj-Jo flair in there and I think I made something really special :)
I also had so much fun with the outro! I haven't really tried doing a string section like that in a very long time and it felt so refreshing!!!
The vocalists on this track absolutely blew me away with how well they executed their parts!!!! Their voices were literally perfect for this song and it shows! I haven't had either of these singers on one of my projects in a long time and I'm happy to be working with them again! Please check out the works of Sojiro and Un3h if you haven't already!
Overall, this was such a fun project to work on and I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I do!!

Love the track but on a constructive note some of the sound gets quite a bit distorted and crunchy in the second half (3:39) like it's clipping or hitting a hard limiter maybe? The sounds start to kind of fight for dominance in the track. I absolutely love the composition of it all though! High energy and great vocalists. Have been replaying the first drop many times because it has such a fun bounce to it. String ending is beautiful the way they bend around! Overall great work and hope to hear more!

I think the distortion might have been intentionally added for stylistic flair. The crunch is very noticeable, but not really in an unpleasant way?? Idk to me it doesn't sound like it was an accident in mixing :p
