@@adityaplays7104 that's not true a 4ft arowana not that silvers get that big in the aquarium hobby Minimum foot print 8x3 and 2ft tall even that is on the small side for them they really need a 10ft long tank 3ft wide

Yes it works and clean perfectly. Don't use if your tank has sand on the base, this filter might also suck up sand because of the water flow it creates. The filter I use is Venus Aqua top filter 603T, top model.

Use any top model; top filter. Venus OR Sobo both are good brands. The one I use for my 4 feet tank is venus aqua top filter, model no. 603T

I had the same problem with my arowana. To avoid Arowana getting out of tank, I covered the lid with plastic pigeon net. Over the time he got use to me being around the tank. He started recognising me because i was the only one feeding him. So yea try this. Don't cover the tank with cloth. Don't make it a habit for him. Also never make any sudden movement near the tank.. that's what scares them the most. Be very easy and normal.

@@Kashyap_00_ I never fed him pellets. I used to feed him small cut pieces of chicken or boiled egg white only. When he was small I fed him dried blood worms. Once in a month or once in 3 weeks I used to feed him feeder fish 1 dozen or half dozen. If he can swallow gold fish try feeding goldfish as well. In my area we get half dozen gold fish for 50₹. Feed him a variety of diets. If the tank is big enough you may add a catfish or oscar fish. But again it's very risky. We can never tell if they are going to fight or not. So it's up to you if you want to take the risk. Change water once in a week. Scrub the inner glass if layer gets formed on it. Remove 20-30% (only) water. Add fresh water(dechlorinated).

Don't. When Arowana's get bigger in size they become aggressive and they grow teeth. Arowana will try to eat them at some point or at least injure them, eventually they will die.

Cichlid, mono angel, dollar are BIG NO as tankmates for arowana. Although you can try to keep them. Sometimes they can be at peace but then again it's a 50 50 probability.

You can get it from any hardware shop. It is priced per square meter. Its DIY, I've just cut the net in shape of my tank size with little extended sides and simply placed it on my tank and then roof respectively.
