I laughed more at this video than most blooper reels - the dry humor, "side mouth", review of the flavor while tossing a chunk of meat over your shoulder (16:00), Tara's face when she feels the bones in the meat (17:07)... Pure gold! Keep it up, guys! PS - I really do love the catch-n-cook videos. PPS - I'm a #shorelunch guy, but I might have to give #catchandcook a shot.

As long as they are not infested with parasites, they are good fish to eat!!😉 And their 'invasiveness' only means recently...saw vid explaining they've been around in the America's, WIDELY, since like the 1850's!!! So at least 3 generations of lots of people's families here have been eating them!!!😉😄

They are invasive because they are not native to our water, that's all. They have been in parts of the US for a long time but spreading rapidly.

I kiss these all the time using canned whole kernel corn fish on the bottom like you do for catfish. All average about 25-30 lb. Great fun, great eating

Thanks for the video guys. I have wanted to try and target these fish. I think they’d be a great fighting fish… glad to see that they are. If we could figure out how to fillet them they might not be too bad of table fare

I have targeted the big ones and since they are invasive I just pull the top out from the spine the the y bones. Good white meat and best of all... no bones 😂
