Is the newborn apron included with the Dune stroller? I haven't seen it mentioned in any of the other videos of the stroller!

Yes, the newborn apron is built into the calf support on both the Dune and Reef, and able to be used right out of the box!

Hi there! No, sorry. The Dune seat is only interchangeable with their Reef stroller.

The Dune's wheels are slightly smaller than the Reef's, so you will feel more on the ground in uneven terrain compared to more fuller-size wheels!

According to silver cross the dune carrycot is overnight approved

Thank you for your feedback! In the U.S., the Reef model bassinet is approved for overnight use but the more shallow folding Dune cot is not - please note you can attach the Reef bassinet to the Dune stroller if you prefer the Reef bassinet's functionality!
