It is just a normal roll cake made with that appearance. Just any type of roll cake flavor you want and make it into that shape. The one in the game is probably chocolate or coffee flavored.

Its just a Cake Roll, if you wanna be edibly close to lore, you'd use something like Whole Grain Flour specifically for the texture. Oak Cake Rolls (In Game) actually has wood pulp on it as filler during the poorer times of Penacony. So if you Swap Whole Grain Flour, you'd at least have an edible, and somewhat close experience lmfao. You could also go for Rye Flour for the darker rings of the cake roll, with the Whole grain on the white portions of it. I don't know if that'll be appetizing since the product image just has two layers of cake sandwiched in w/o anything else, but the Canon Oak Cake Rolls aren't tasty to begin with, with only a few people(Firefly) liking them in lore.
