Silverback Gorilla Savors Favorite Tomatoes | The Shabani Troop

Silverback gorilla Shabani is famous as "Handsome Gorilla".
I went to Higashiyama Zoo for the first time in 9 months to see the Shanabi troop gorillas.
Shabani loves tomatoes so much that he picked them up first and ate them.
After tomatoes, he went for eggplants.
Nene, the elderly female has stayed in the basement room.
Shabani and his troop gorillas often goes down to the basement to see Nene.
I hope Nene gets better soon and returns to the troop.
