Nope, we are in a civilized society and the new "paradigm" is that you have to use your intelligence more than anything else to be a good dad.

He climbs and rolls all over his daddy just like my son does to me, and he's so gentle and loving with her. He's so masculine, but he is kind and sweet at the same time. THIS is how to be a real man. We have so much in common with gorillas, we can learn a lot about ourselves from watching them.

This silverback is called Ebobo and has 16 years of age; He is a young silverback and in this video he plays with a wonderful sweetness with his daughter Yoko. I am studying his two puppies (Yoko and Akiba), because I started a few months ago my research of PhD in Barcelona Zoo in Spain. Thank you very much for your inscription to my channel!! Free to die and be skinned alive for their fur while they watch their habitat become the next nickel/cadmium mine. yeah that sounds great to someone who fights for animal freedom without knowing the fact that gorilla populations in the wild have fallen from 17000 in 1995 to 3800 in 2015. that's a whopping 78% meaning the gorilla population has lost 3.9% or around 663 individuals per year. gorillas are not domesticated in well funded and run zoos, neither are they depressed, they have family and room to live. room to think and care for each other. gorillas need to be protected from poachers who would do them harm, and people like you who would put them in harms way to make yourself feel better.

Yes Anne, you're right the puppy does not have much fur but I assure you that it is in good health. It does not have much fur because her mother made an exaggerated grooming and now the fur is growing back slowly. Live is a very cute puppy!! Since I began my doctoral thesis with this gorillas this is the best moment for me. The father is very sweet with his baby gorilla :-)
