I've got the very same machine. Two points I'd like to make: the double shipping box (a là Matrioska) one inside the other. I cannot understand why. Second: when the machine is switched off there's a lag when the machine mechanism actually stops spinning...

Actually, the lag is for ensuring that a motor (with attachment e.g. hook) stops at same position, from which you can easily close or open.
