Was ist das weiße Teil von oben? Also beim einfädeln von der Nadel? Das hab ich nicht und ich hab meine silvercrest von lidl

My sister gave me a silver crest sewing machine from Germany and when i tried to operate the machine i noticed that the hand wheel is not functioning, it doesn’t rotate even if i moved the thread rewinder on top of it. And i also noticed that one of the thread guide which is No. 4 is not protruding. It is found inside the machine. What will i do to make it functioning?

I had the same issue you describe: I tried to turn the wheel but it only turned half-circle before stopping, both ways. Turned out that the needle they supplied with the machine was BENT.. So when I tried to move the needle up and down by rotating the wheel by hand during the threading, it just bumped into the metal plate, when the needle was supposed to go through the hole in the plate. So it may be that you have the same issue, a bent needle. You may want to check out how the needle goes down and if it bumps into something. If that is the case and it does not go through the hole in the plate, you have to replace the needle with one of the spares they supplied. This solved the issue for me. Good luck!

hallo..ich habe mir die Silvercrest als 2. Maschine geholt.. so, Spulkapsel raus ... Spule sitzt so fest drin..jetzt kommst..die Spannschraube löst sich und lässt sich nicht mehr einsetzen..so kann ich die Maschine nicht mehr nutzen..was nun
